Automatic Shrink Sleeve Applicator Machine An automatic shrink sleeve applicator is a high performance device that combines accuracy and productivity at its highest level. Our Sleeve Applicator is used whenever you need to pack your product with shrinkable or PVC sleeves and does it with advanced automation and excellence in every aspect. When creating the sleeve applicator, we adhere to GMP guidelines to the letter. For a long lifespan and corrosion-free operation, the entire Applicator structure is made of SS-304, as is the steam tunnel. For precise label insertion, it uses two synchronized servo motors, one in the cutting unit and the other in the feeder unit. Machine produces 300 sleeves per minute thanks to advanced automation. According to industry standards, it has a significant application in the cosmetic, lubricating oil, edible oil, beer, liquor, honey, fruit juice, mineral water packaging, and pharmaceutical industries. In order for the machine to give accuracy if production is higher, we designed it with a cutting-edge Mandrel and Cutter-Feeder Unit.
